This challenge is about committing to daily mobility work until I can achieve full front splits.

It’s not about one big moment it’s about small improvements every single day.

No snoozing. No excuses. Out of bed and starting the day by 5 AM.

Minimum 30 Days

Wake up at 5 AM every day for 30 consecutive days to build the habit.

Use the early hours for things that improve physical and mental performance.
